- Your answers are kept private and stored securely.
- We only use your phone number to send you important updates.
🎫 2) Registration & Unique ID
- You'll receive a unique screening code (UID).
- Keep it safe—this code links your community and hospital records.
- Show this code at the reception desk when you arrive for screening.
🏥 3) Breast, cervical, colorectal & prostate screening
- All screenings are done respectfully in a private room.
- You will only be screened for what applies to you, based on your age, sex, and the concerns you shared during intake.
- Breast: a gentle, thorough clinical examination.
- Cervical: offered where appropriate and always with your consent.
- Colorectal (bowel): a simple check for blood in stool or related symptoms.
- Prostate: offered to men with urinary symptoms or other relevant risk factors.
- You can ask questions or pause at any time—your comfort matters.

- Normal results: You'll receive routine advice and your next screening date.
- Follow-up needed: We'll guide you on the next clinic visit or additional tests.
